Tampa Senior Living Guide is an independent information directory supported in part by optional fixed-price community sponsorships.

How paid visibility is shown

Paid messages appear only in a separate sponsor module or carry a visible “Featured sponsor,” “Premium sponsor,” or “Sponsored” label. Sponsorship status is stored separately from AHCA and editorial data.

No pay-to-rank

Payment does not change organic directory order, official-source facts, correction handling, comparison-period counts, eligibility, inquiry qualification, or community assignment. We do not sell ratings, endorsements, or removal of material information.

Family inquiry routing

The directory may share a request with no more than three relevant communities only when the person explicitly authorizes sharing. Geography, stated needs, timing, availability, and family choice—not sponsorship—control assignment. Do not submit medical records or diagnoses.

No per-resident compensation

Current plans are fixed monthly advertising sponsorships. We do not implement or accept compensation based on referrals, tours, admissions, move-ins, occupancy, or resident payments without prior legal review and written approval.

Billing

Claims and sponsors require manual approval. The current launch environment accepts only Stripe test-mode links; live billing is disabled.
