Content is general information, not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Facility records, services, license status, availability, staffing, prices, and ownership can change. Inclusion, source checking, claiming, or sponsorship is not an endorsement or guarantee.

User responsibilities

Verify information with the linked state record and facility, review recent inspection materials, tour when possible, obtain written terms, and consult qualified professionals. Do not submit sensitive health, identity, financial, or payment-card information.

Claims and sponsorship

We may request identity and factual support, reject unsupported updates, and correct or remove content. Sponsored placements are labeled. No recurring billing begins without separate approval and payment authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of the directory and any facility is at your own risk. We are not responsible for provider acts, omissions, disputes, injury, loss, care outcomes, or external websites.

Sponsorship is a fixed monthly advertising arrangement, not a purchase of rank, rating, endorsement, favorable editorial treatment, guaranteed inquiry volume, or resident placement. We do not accept per-resident, referral, tour, admission, move-in, occupancy, or resident-based compensation without prior legal review and written approval. Current checkout is test-only; live billing is disabled.
